Strategic Surgical is a Cincinnati-based extremity orthopedics distributor covering Cincinnati and Dayton. Founded by Jeff Schroeder, the company partners with Conventus Flower Orthopedics, surgebright, and MTF Biologics to bring fixation and biologics to surgical teams in the region.
The business runs on two kinds of partnerships: with independent rep organizations who cover territory Strategic Surgical does not, and with manufacturers who need a way into the US market without building a commercialization team of their own.

Jeff has 15+ years in orthopedics and medical device sales and leadership at Zimmer Biomet, Baxter Advanced Surgery, and MiMedx. He founded Strategic Surgical in Cincinnati to build a distribution business around partnerships rather than a single sales territory.
